If you receive an incorrect or defective order, our customer service will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. Our team will cover the shipping costs of returning the goods.

 

Customer Responsibilities:

Please note that the customer is solely responsible for selecting the correct product at checkout. If the customer selects the wrong item or size, the customer may return the item to us for a refund (product price only) or an exchange. In this case, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs in both directions (to and from our warehouse).

 

A refund or exchange will be issued once the return is received by the warehouse.

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of the original order.

Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, with all items in the packaging intact. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for all costs incurred and no refund will be given.

We do not accept returns on cash on delivery. If shipped, returns will be refused.

Final sale items, promotions, coupons, and freebies are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We cannot change your shipping address for you once your package has been packed or shipped. Please make sure the shipping address is correct during checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.

Return Shipping Items

 

1. We will ship the items within 3 working days based on the order placed

2. Our General Return Policy - In most cases, items shipped can be returned within 3 days of delivery, or untraceable if the delivery date is within 30 days of delivery.

(Please note that products shipped after 30 days will not be accepted for return unless there is a quality issue.)
